Bungie Holds Community Event for Year 2 Content

Bungie release a video documentary (VIDOC) showing the new content expected for release in the fall called "Forsaken". The Guardians are heading back to The Reef, the home of the Awoken and a familiar location to fans of Destiny 1. This visit in Destiny 2 will feature a new area of The Reef never seen before. Here, Fallen and other big baddies from the Prison of Elders have escaped and you and Cayde-6 are in charge of rounding them all up. More details of the story will be revealed at E3 next week.
With Forsaken, Bungie is introducing a plethora of changes, upgrades, and additions. In quick summary:
9 New Guardian Supers
New Titan Sol Hammer Super
Warlock Arc Beam
Hunter Sol Throwing Knives
Warlock Arc Staff with new Subclass ability
New Weapon (Compound Bow)
New PvEvP game mode called Gambit. Guardians must fight enemies, deposit motes into a bank, and be on high alert for opposing Guardians coming through rifts and invading at random times to win.

New Raid (The Dreaming City)
Teaser of new Armor Sets for all Guardian types
Exotic Armor Pieces with New Compound Bow
The "Forsaken" Expansion will be released for $39.99. Bungie has announced its whole Year 2 content schedule and an Annual Pass that will cover all the future Year 2 DLC including Forsaken for $69.99.
