YouTube is finally available on the Switch, a long awaited app for the dual-purpose console. The app is available via the Nintendo eShop and will function similar to YouTube on other platforms.

Users will sign in using their usual Google account and gain access to their subscriptions including premium services. The Left joycon will control the app while the right joycon will be used to pan around for 360 videos and the app will have some touchsceen capabilities. YouTube has said that they are monitoring the best ways to use the Switch hardware in the future.

YouTube is now the second of the streaming “Big 3” now available on the Switch. Hulu was added last November.
