Hulu Announces New Original Series "The First"

Hulu released the trailer for a new Hulu Original Series starring Sean Penn, as the head of a team of astronauts tasked with becoming the first humans to visit Mars. The show is made by Beau Willimon, the same creator of House of Cards. The trailer shows the dynamic of the toll such a groundbreaking mission would take on the crew, the ground team, and their families.

The 8-Episode Season will be made available on September 14th on Hulu and will also air on British television network Channel 4.

 Other co-stars include Natascha McElhone, LisaGay Hamilton, Oded Fehr, Hannah Ware, Anna Jaocoby-Heron, and Melissa George.
